How do I use promotional coupons/codes?
On occasion we like to offer our customers discounts, in this case a discount code will be provided for use on garlanna.com. This code should be entered in our checkout before an order is completed. Please note, discount codes cannot be redeemed for cash. Discount codes are for use with online orders on garlanna.com only. Each code will have an expiry date which will be advised when the coupon is released.

What way can I pay for my order?
We accept payments by PayPal.

How do I know my order has been placed successfully?
On completion of your order you will receive an email which contains your order number and details. Please keep this email safe as you will need the order number contained within for any further queries you may have.

Why didn’t I receive my order confirmation email? All order confirmation emails are sent automatically upon successful completion of an order. If you have not received one of these it may be due to a problem with your mailbox. It may be treating our emails as spam and you should check your spam and junk folders. Your mailbox may also be full which may prevent receipt of emails.

I made a mistake – can I change my order?
If you discover you have made a mistake after you have confirmed your order, you will need to contact us as quickly as possible to let us know.

I’ve forgotten my password, what should I do?
If you can’t remember your password don’t worry. After you enter your login email address click the ‘Forgot My Password’ button. Our system will then generate a new password and email it to you.
