We have a few options that you can choose from when ordering greeting cards and gifts online from us. You can decide to have your order shipped directly to you so that you can personally write and deliver your cards or gifts, or you can choose our personalised option. We can handwrite your message, your recipient’s address and then stamp and post your card to save you time. We’ll even ask our illustrator to draw a one of a kind doodle especially for you!
Our postage and packing costs are based on the size and weight of the cards or gifts you have purchased. Individual greeting cards and items that weigh up to 250g will be posted using An Post standard post without tracking. Heavier and larger orders will be sent via courier. See table below. We are delighted to offer free Irish shipping on orders over €35.

Individual greeting card up to 100g – €0.70 (standard post).
Shipping cost for more than 1 card or product will be calculated and shown at the checkout.
501g and upwards: €4.95 flat rate*.
*€4.95 is the highest price that you will pay for any order under €35. Orders over €35 have free Irish shipping.

Please note that as we use standard post for smaller orders we cannot provide tracking numbers. Please contact us for tracking numbers if required and we can adjust the postage fee accordingly. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
All orders that are placed between Monday and Thursday will be posted the following day. If you order on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday we will dispatch the next working day. An Post and our courier service aim to deliver the next working day, but it is best to order as early as possible to avoid your order arriving late.
If you wish to return an item or request a refund please contact us as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com. Please provide the reason for return. Returns must be made within 14 days of shipping date.
Additional notes on returns
• Items must be returned by registered post/courier.
• Returned items must be in perfect condition, we will inspect all returned items.
• Refunds will be issued within two weeks of receiving and inspecting the items.
• If an error is made with your order, please contact us at the email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
• Sale items are final sale unless damaged, where a refund will be issued.
• Following inspection of an item for return, a refund will be credited to the credit card used in the original purchase.
• If you prefer, a replacement item will be shipped to the address of the original purchase and any shipping costs will be at our expense.
• In the event that a return or exchange is not accepted, your package will be sent back to you, and you will be responsible for all related shipping costs.
